I was skeptical about a 1-ply wiper being this tough, but the flax fiber really holds up on greasy spills without tearing. It soaks up a surprising amount of oil for its size.
These flax wipers are ridiculously absorbent; a few sheets handled the oily mess on my workbench without falling apart like the paper towels I used before.
